HIGH PERFORMANCE

High Performance Rep training is tailored for athletes who want to advance their skill-set and learn to play the game in a more competitive environment . Our goal is to prepare our athletes for the next level of their basketball journey. By participating in this program, your child will not only enhance their basketball skills but also gain the confidence and competence required to potentially play at the Rep level.

Key elements of High Performance Training include:
1. Advanced Skill Development:

Intensive focus on refining fundamental basketball skills (dribbling, shooting, defence...) as well as more nuanced aspects of the game such as creating shots, moving with-out the ball and learning how and when to use certain moves in game situations.

2. Physical Conditioning:

Tailored physical training programs that enhance strength, speed, agility, and stamina, which are essential for high-level play. This often includes sport-specific exercises, plyometrics and cardiovascular conditioning. 

3. Game Situations:

Understanding basketball strategies and game intelligence. Athletes learn to read the game, make quick decisions, and understand offensive and defensive concepts.

4. Mental Preparation:

Thisincludesbuildingmentaltoughness,concentration,and the ability to perform under pressure. We want to teach players the importance of visualization, goal setting and to improve their focus and resilience on the court.
